Martin Opačitý has an amazing school from London, where he worked at the Michelin-starred restaurant Pollen Street Social, the Pavillion restaurant or Babylon At The Roof Gardens. In the Beskydy Mountains, he was part of the cooking team at Hotel Miura in Čeladná. He prepares his dishes from exclusively fresh ingredients, and at ENDEMITU he and his team focus on local gastronomy in a modern sense.
