The voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue and is used for one-time use of any hotel services.
Voucher usage conditions
The voucher cannot be used during Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve and public holidays. In the case of a stay of only one night, it can be used on Sunday - Thursday. In the case of a stay, it is possible to change the date up to 5 days before arrival. Cancellation or change of date 5 or less days before the date of arrival is only possible for an additional fee of 30% of the voucher price.
If the guest does not use up the voucher within the due date of its validity, the voucher will be forfeited without compensation. Unspent funds cannot be transferred or returned in cash or in any other way.

We are happy to include any dedication or text on the voucher.
Receiving
We send vouchers exclusively by registered mail, which will be delivered to you within 3 working days. If you are interested in express delivery of the voucher, a one-time fee of CZK 200 is charged. Of course, you can also pick up the voucher in person at the hotel reception.
